Diamond hones are made in the form of continuous diamond layer, without body. Due to innovative technology, the hones do not have a length deflection, which greatly simplifies soldering and running-in. Diamond hones have longer life comparing to conventional hones, which reduces number of setups of the hones in the honing head.
Application:
- processing of high-precision apertures in cast iron, steel and other material workpieces.
- The diamond layer is made of diamond grinding powder with metal or resin bonds.
- With metal bonds cooling is compulsory.
- State standard GOST 25594-83
