Application:
- processing of ophthalmic lenses on bevel using machines “Weco” (Germany), “Vizas” (Belarus), “TAKUBO” (Japan), “INDO” (Spain).
- The diamond layer is made of diamond grinding powder and micropowders with metal and resin bonds.
- For work with metallic bonds the coolant is obligatory.
- Wheel housing is composite. It consists of aluminum housing and adapter rings made by powder metallurgy (housing type К) or rolled iron (housing type С).
- Production of a composite wheel by powder metallurgy is possible (housing type П). |
